Telemarketing Executives

We have vacancies for:

  • English speaking telemarketers
  • French speakers

At Qualifa we work across a varied number of exciting technology and digital media clients. Our business is helping them build their sales pipelines more efficiently and cost effectively.

We work with clients in a pure telemarketing and market research capacity. Here, we help them to research and engage with new companies, generating quality new contacts for their database so that they can begin to sell to these customers over time.

The role of Telemarketing Executive will include:

  • Conducting initial campaign ‘pilot’ activity with the Operations Manager and Campaign Manager
  • Work to an agreed productivity rate to make lots of telephone calls in order to generate leads
  • Ensure very accurate reporting on spreadsheets provided by the Campaign Manager
  • Maintain high levels of quality within your work – very important
  • Work with the Operations Manager to improve and refine the process

You will be set achievable targets and will be given an industry leading commission structure to ensure that you earn lots of money while you help us grow the business.

Role skills requirements:

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Use of business and social online networks such as Linked In
  • Use of Google applications (docs)
  • Be highly articulate and numerate
  • Show precise attention to detail

We have 3 different shifts available:

  • 9:00 am – 5:00pm
  • 5:30 am – 12:30pm
  • 2:00pm – 9:00pm

We are flexible with which shifts you may wish to do and would welcome candidates who could only work a few hours a day rather than a whole 7 hour shift.
